Detlef’s “Dixie Fried” Rings in the Release of Daniel Dubb’s ‘From the Heart’ Compilation

After three weeks of covering Daniel Dubb's passion project, it's finally time to announce the release of his From the Heart charity compilation. We've received nothing but the utmost amount of support from those involved, with Steve Lawler, Danny Howells, Nathan Barato and more urging their fans to support the release of the comp for a good cause—cancer charity.

"From the Heart is all about uniting people through quality music and a great cause," Daniel explained. He's obviously excited that the world can finally check out the release in its entirety, and so are we. It stays true to the idea that people really can be brought together through music.

Along with the release announcement, we're profiling one last track to get you ready for the compilation. This time around it's Detlef, one of the esteemed Viva Warriors, hitting us with a brilliant tech house track titled "Dixie Fried."

The track is a bouncy dancefloor number true to Detlef's typical form. Always groovy, and a great live performer, Detlef has solidified his name as one of Viva's finest. The scratchy cuts on "Dixie Fried" can't help but remind one of that nothing-but-the-music Ibiza style sound, and rounds out the compilation, truly displaying the versatility of not only the producers involved but the tracks themselves.

From the Heart is out now exclusively on Beatport. It can be found on iTunes, Traxsource, Spotify and more on October 13th, 2014.
